Rehearsal dinner at Dunton Hot Springs, Colorado
This celebratory dinner was all about respecting and honoring the rustic essence and western location of the event venue. To incorporate the spirit of the town and outdoor activities that guests participated in during the day, I designated each table with a Dunton-inspired illustration – horse, fishing pole, banjo, antlers, and the iconic broken-down truck of Dunton. The illustration on individual escort cards pointed guests to the appropriate table. Guests were welcomed at dinner with their own personal floral arrangement, which were transported to guest rooms at the end of the evening to be savored and enjoyed. Native American inspired Pendleton blankets inspired my use of feathers in the arrangements and patterned table runners.
