Wedding at Chateau St. Jean Winery + Private Residence  /  Sonoma + Santa Rosa, California
 
* My wine-enthusiast clients, Jeniece & Jeffry, wanted to escape Chicago to an event location that provided access to an abundance of locally sourced wine and food. Wine Country California proved to be the ideal setting for an intimate weekend of eighteen guests.
 
* I wanted to carry the locavore theme through to the flowers and Jaime of The Monkey Flower Group was the ideal creative partner. Jaime is an environmentally conscious, Bay Area Green Business florist committed to using locally grown and sourced blooms. Jaime incorporated roses, passion vine, oak, parrot tulips, hyacinth, brake fern, freesia, beared iris, anemones and campanulas from Petaluma, Half Moon Bay, Sonoma, Arcata, Eureka, Pescadero and Watsonville. Incredible!
 
* Dining outside under gigantic, mossy oak trees at candlelit tables created a romantic and warm ambiance for a crisp autumn evening.
